TAW'AM
TAW'AM
TAW’AM is a somatic investigation of twinhood, loss,
and the emotional residue of interrupted connection.
It is a return to the beginning —
to the shared breath, the rupture, the echo.
Through this piece, Jouana Samia explores
grief stored in the body,
and what it means to reconstruct identity after early loss.
It’s not about closure.
It’s about remembering through movement.
Carrying absence as presence.
And piecing together a wholeness
that was always fractured —
but never gone.
