The last period has left its mark. The pandemic state has affected our daily rhythm and tested our sense of time. It remains unclear at what pace we can progress. The result is an inner confusion of emotions.
The exhibition Slow Motion/Emotion at the Heizhaus of the Uferstudios Berlin considers on the basis of 10 artistic positions the perception of time and movement as selected sequences, the rhythms of which are disturbed by artistic influences. With the deliberate deceleration between movement and standstill, the exhibition puts the focus on emotional experience. Emotions are presented, amplified by the viewer and carried into the stage-like exhibition space.
Check-in for all events will be at the entrance of Uferstraße 23. We ask for compliance with the applicable distance, mask and hygiene regulations.
