Special guest of this Funky Blues Night is the singer Kat Baloun. In the seventies, the daughter of a classical pianist from Cincinnati, Ohio was infected by the blues bacillus and has been one of the most sought-after singers of this style ever since. In 1974, Kat moved to San Francisco, where she sang and played harmonica in an acoustic Delta blues quartet, the Elmer Lee Thomas Blues Revue. Since 1994, the bundle of energy Kat Baloun lives in Germany and presents her incredible powerful mix of blues, soul and rock. Where Kat Baloun enters a stage, it's party time!
