The Drag Resources Action Group (D.R.A.G.)* Berlin is a collective of drag and drag-adjacent workers* including performers, bookers and promoters who have been organising for better working conditions in one of the lowest paid, most precarious and socially vulnerable performance genres since October 2023.

The Drag Resources Action Group are launching our guidelines with a full evening of shows and fun! We’ll be presenting some of our guidelines alongside drag numbers from members of the collective including Mad Kate, Anali Goldberg, The Darvish, Poppy Cox, Lolita Va Voom, Vanessa Júpiter, Olympia Bukkakis, Sasha Kills, Fagatha Crispy, Nicole M Pikole, and H.P. Loveshaft.

*D.R.A.G. members largely come from drag and burlesque but also include important perspectives from similar fields. Drag is a porous and diverse art form and we like it like that. D.R.A.G. is more interested in building relations of solidarity with other people and groups than in defining the boundaries of drag.
