Every day Kay and Gerda play and dream, but one day shards of a magic mirror hit Kay's heart and eye. What he used to think was good now seems ugly and bad to him. He jumps on the carriage of the Snow Queen, who takes him to her icy castle. Gerda misses her friend and embarks on an adventurous search. Will she find Kay?
