The theater evening, at the intersection of spoken theater, choreography, and installation, reactivates the choir as a dramatic medium, which had almost disappeared in modern theater. Sebastian Blasius commissions nine international, renowned playwriters* to insert choral voices into style-forming scenes of the European canon, thus enabling unusual perspectives on supposedly familiar themes.
