Bōki literally means “forgetting everyday matters”. This is possible at the Museum für Asiatische Kunst. In the Bōki-an Tea House, specially designed for the Humboldt Forum, the Chadō Urasenke Teeweg-Verein Berlin provides an insight into traditional tea ceremonies. Between outstanding works of painting, graphic art, ceramics and lacquer work, culture of the tea path can be experienced.
