Autoritäre Versuchungen – mit dem Recht gegen Rechts?

Autoritäre Versuchungen – mit dem Recht gegen Rechts?
On Justice #2
Part of “On Justice”
The federal elections are just around the corner and with them the question of where society is heading from now on. As authoritarian temptations grow, much of what was previously considered the consensus of a pluralistic democracy is up for debate: whether diverse and inclusive perspectives, civil rights and liberties, the voices of the migration society or the “firewall” against the right. With “On Justice,” HAU aims to examine the law as an instrument of civil society for progressive movements and struggles for justice. In the second edition of the discourse series, the following questions, among others, will be discussed: What happens to the rule of law when fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution are pushed aside? Is an AfD ban suitable for countering the shift to the right? And what does all this mean for those affected by right-wing violence and repression?
